Gunnar Nylund became Art Director in 1954. The glassworks 'trademark' is the use of lightly tinted glass (usually blue) and simple, heavy shapes, as here. This bowl could be by G. Strömberg herself, it could be an adaptation of a G. Strömberg design or a new design by G. Nylund. It was purchased by Miss Teper in 1963, 'new, from a small china and glass store in Lund as a present for her mother'. 'T' in the mark indicates the category 'bowl'. Design numbers reached 377 in 1962. This indicates a large increase in design production in 1963.
