The head may be compared with the portrait of George III as shown on the coins of the first decade of the nineteenth century, in particular the 3-/ piece by Nathaniel Marchant. The bust seems to bear a resemblance to the lithographed head of George III by M. Gauchi published by F. Moser in 1820 which purports to be taken from a bust in Goldsmith's Hall.","physicalDescription":"Looking straight forward, the hair short, he wears a toga fastened over the left shoulder with a circular brooch.
