Her right hand is extended, and in her left she holds a sword hilt. She is thought to represent Justice and it seems probable that her extended right hand originally held a balance.","physicalDescription":"Statuette, marble, an allegorical figure of Justice. A female figure draped in classical garb- long girt tunic with sleeves and an ample cloak covering the head and left arm; on her feet are sandals. Her hair is bound by a fillet and falls in ringlets at the back. She stands with her right knee slightly bent and holds in her left hand part of an emblem, now broken; the open right hand is held out to the font.
