The drawing features shelving/ wall units, windows, fireplaces and a central dome and was designed by architect Richard Jupp (ca.1728-1799).\r\n\r\nJupp was surveyor to the East India Company from 1768. In 1796 there was a proposal to extend the front building of the East India House, Leadenhall Street. Jupp was instructed to take the advice of leading architects, including John Soane.
