It opened in 2000.\r\n\r\nThe three interconnected buildings are placed by the north-west entrance to the new village, besides the pedestrian route to the Dome. Right by the village entrance stands the school hall, whose circular form creates a symbolic gatepost or lighthouse for visitors and villagers alike.
