The central field is decorated in reserve against a ground of golden-brown lustre. A six-petalled flower at the centre with a dab of turquoise, with small palmette leaves radiating around it. Four of the points of the star are partitioned off by curling split palmette branches outlined in cobalt blue, with smaller palmettes inside the compartments. The other four points have small flowers inside them.
