The central field is decorated in reserve against a ground of golden-brown lustre. It is divided into a checkerboard-like field whose squares are filled with the same design of a small bud at the axis and a split palmette above it on either side. Around the edge is a border inscription in cursive script, in lustre on a white ground, and outlined at top and bottom with cobalt blue lines. (Translation of the inscription: \"In the name of God! the Compassionate! the Merciful!
