There is no other pattern.  The dark brown block in the upper left hand corner is an angular L-shape.\r\nThe word DORN is knotted in dark brown pile along the lower left hand edge.\r\n\r\nTechnique:\r\nWarp: white wool; Z3S; 8 threads per inch (32 per dm).\r\nWeft: dark brown wool; Z3S; 2 rows after each row of knots; 4 knots per inch (15 per dm).\r\nPile: wool; 3 colours: dark brown, brown, light brown; symmetrical knot tied around 2 warp threads; 16 knots per sq. inch (240 per sq.dm).\r\nSide Finish: one cord overcast with brown wool.\r\nEnd Finish: Returned warp at both ends.
