This has been divided into smaller rectangles filled with triangles and ovals.\r\nThe word DORN is knotted in cream pile in the lower right hand corner.\r\n\r\nTechnique:\r\nWarp: white wool; Z3S; 8 threads per inch (32 per dm).\r\nWeft: brown wool; Z3S; 2 shoots after each row of knots; 4 knots per inch (16 per dm).\r\nPile: wool; 5 colours: light green, brown, light brown, grey, cream; symmetrical knot tied around 2 warp threads; 16 knots per sq. inch (256 per sq.dm).\r\nSide Finish: one cord overcast with grey wool.\r\nEnd Finish: Returned warp threads at both ends.
