The top and sides of the diagonal section incorporate eight semi-circular tube forms with pinched openings towards the front and the back of the pot. The front and back have an engraved line following the edge of the form: this becomes a double line in the top rhomboid part of the pot. The whole is covered with a buff coloured, bubbled titanium glaze.
