The design company Johnson Banks was partly inspired by the spirit of railway posters of the 1920s and 1930s and this influence can be detected in the use of reduced shapes and flat masses of colour. This poster aims to foster goodwill between the rail company and its passengers by informing them that graffiti is being tackled and their travelling environment improved.
