It is of swelling ovoid shape with rounded shoulder and broad, slightly flanged mouth, the sides tapering below to a small flat base. The grey body is burnt buff on the exposed parts; the glaze which stops short of the foot, is a greyish-olive green having an apricot tinge in parts and marked with a fine crazing.","artistMakerPerson":[{"name":{"text":"Unknown","id":"A1848"},"association":{"text":"","id":""},"note":""}],"artistMakerOrganisations":[],"artistMakerPeople":[],"materials":[{"text":"stoneware","id":"x30197"},{"text":"celadon","id":"AAT15100"}],"techniques":[{"text":"impressed","id":"AAT233405"},{"text":"applied","id":"AAT53646"}],"materialsAndTechniques":"Glazed stoneware with impressed and applied decoration","categories":[{"text":"Ceramics","id":"THES48982"},{"text":"Stoneware","id":"THES48890"}],"styles":[{"text":"Six Dynasties","id":"AAT106385"},{"text":"Yue","id":"x44574"}],"collectionCode":{"text":"EAS","id":"THES48596"},"images":["2009BX8523","2019LY9616"],"imageResolution":"high","galleryLocations":[{"current":{"text":"143 (VA)","id":"THES49867"},"free":"","case":"25","shelf":"3","box":""}],"partTypes":[[{"text":"JAR","id":""}]],"contentWarnings":[{"apprise":"","note":""}],"placesOfOrigin":[{"place":{"text":"Zhejiang","id":"x29912"},"association":{"text":"made","id":"x28654"},"note":""}],"productionDates":[{"date":{"text":"3rd century-4th century","earliest":"0200-01-01","latest":"0400-12-31"},"association":{"text":"made","id":"x28654"},"note":""}],"associatedObjects":[],"creditLine":"","dimensions":[{"dimension":"Height","value":"20.3","unit":"cm","qualifier":"","date":{"text":"","earliest":null,"latest":null},"part":"","note":""}],"dimensionsNote":"","marksAndInscriptions":[],"objectHistory":"","historicalContext":"","briefDescription":"Yue ware.
