Flapped pockets at each side. The upper back of the coat is cut without a centre seam, with curved panels from mid shoulder to each side of the centre back, finished with a button at each side on the waist seam. The back skirts overlap and there is a vent at the proper right side. The sleeves are finished with vents and three buttons at each cuff. The upper part of the coat is lined with brown twill-weave silk, the lower panels are self-lined, the sleeves are lined with a striped silk in pink and blue.
