The production was inspired by the Bread & Puppet Theatre production <i>Masaccio</i> and influenced the direction and style of future Horse & Bamboo productions.\r\n\r\nBob Frith designed and cut the woodcut illustrations for Horse & Bamboo posters, creating a signature style.
