It has a flint wheel to ignite the flame, and can be refilled with lighter fluid at the bottom, by lifting up the foam pad. It is engraved with writing on the outside (inscription 1), and has text printed on the foam pad (inscription 2). It fits very tightly inside the lighter case.\n\n<b>Lighter case:</b>\nA silver metal lighter case, in distinctive Zippo style and shape. Rectangular, with a hinged lid. It has pale orange, stylised writing printed on the front reading 'BOWIE AT THE BEEB'. There is further engraved text on the bottom of the case (inscription 3). \n\n<b>Tin (base and lid):</b>\nA small, shallow rectangular silver metal tin with rounded edges. It has a raised embossed font on the top of the lid (inscription 4) and further text printed on the base in black ink (inscription 5). \n\n<b>Velvet insert:</b>\nA moulded black plastic and velvet insert, shaped to hold the lighter within the tin.\n\n<b>Cardboard sleeve:</b>\nThe rectangular cardboard sleeve fits around the tin.
