It is printed on the top with a large blue graphic designed by David Bowie (a abstracted torso, shoulder and arm wearing a t-shirt with a lightning bolt on it). To the left of this is David Bowie's signature printed in blue, with the date '2005'. On the reverse of the plate, it is printed with another illustration by Bowie, this time of two stick figures labelled 'Daddy' and 'Lexi'. Above this is the words 'Peace Thru Art Bowie 2005' in Bowie's handwriting. The very base of the plate is printed with a range of logos and small black and blue text (inscription 1).\r\n\r\n\nA large, square, hinged cardboard box. The hinge is supported by a ribbon. Formed of two glued together layers - a black outer layer and a  bright blue inner layer. The top of the box is printed with a mix of blue text, and raised black  text (inscription 2). The front of the box has the 21st Century Leaders logo printed in bright  blue. On the inside of the lid of the box, there is a small glued photo of David Bowie, and  additional printed blue text (inscription 3).
