Lettering on the sheet with some words repeated or abbreviated, translates as: Parchment Paper / Food wrapping paper factory \"Sokol\" / USSR, VSNh [Central Trust for cellulose and paper industry / St. Souhon [the 'st.' is not an abbreviation for 'saint'] / Nothern railway line Postal division Sokol / regional poligraphy, Kalonga.
