It has four black plastic dials labelled 'Blend','Attack', 'Volume', and 'Sustain', a small silver switch labelled and 'High/Mid' and a silver metal foot switch. There is a small red LED light in the centre. On the top of the pedal there are black plastic input and outputs jacks, and a power port. The pedal is printed on top and on the base with white writing (inscription 1). On the underside of the pedal there is battery compartment. \n\r\n<b>User's Guide Booklet:</b>\r\nA small stapled booklet printed on glossy paper. There is a blue adhesive sticker on one side printed with white writing (incription 4) and a white barcode label on the other side (inscription 5).
