It was one of the most comprehensive music stations available on the market at the time. In an interview with Bowie writer and researcher Leah Kardos on a David Bowie fan website, it is stated that 'You first hear [the Korg Trinity] on the <i>Omikron</i> soundtrack and <i>Hours...</i>' Both of these projects were released in 1999. \n\nBowie used the Korg during the composition stages of the album <i>Heathen</i> (2002). A Bowie fan website notes that 'the scoring was mostly Bowie’s work, written on the Korg Trinity keyboard...'. The Korg Trinity was used as a principal instrument for Bowie's next album, <i>Reality</i> (2003). An article on the website Sound On Sound says that 'At the demo stage, Bowie brought in four or five tracks that he had already written in his pretty basic home setup. This includes a Korg Trinity keyboard, a vintage ARP Odyssey synth, a Korg Pandora effects processor, a collection of acoustic and electric guitars, and a few small amps'. Producer Tony Visconti described that 'David took the lion's share of all the synthesizer parts. He loves his Korg Trinity, he knows it intimately, and he can just dial up sounds at will.' \n\nBowie used the Korg Trinity later for the album <i>The Next Day</i> (2013).  Leah Kardos is quoted as saying 'I quizzed Tony [Visconti] about the Korg a lot, I was really fascinated by it. The sounds that come from it are weird and incongruous. Like, why choose that? The sounds in something like 'Dancing Out in Space': why are they choosing that? It always came down to this keyboard. He loved that thing.' Kardos also identifies the Korg Trinity as being played on the tracks 'Dollar Days' and 'Love is Lost'.
