The guitar has red finish and a trapezium shaped body. There are two black strap buttons on either of the wings of the body. It has two black humbucker pickups, a black Tremelo bridge and black volume control pegs. There is a black hinged folding foot at the base of the guitar body. It has a floating tremolo bridge with locking system and a rotating wedge beneath the block. There are six screw knobs on the back of the block vibrato for tuning. It has a headless design, with a wooden neck and pearl inlays on fretboard. \n\n<b>Part 2: Case</b>\r\nA soft triangular shaped black leather case with a black leather long strap and a black plastic carry handle at the top. Zip is black plastic. There is an additional zipped pocket on the outside of the bag to hold accessories. Silver hardware. Case is lined with padding and synthetic fabric. \r\n\n<b>Parts 3-7: Packs of guitar strings</b>\r\nTwo packets of D’Addario electric guitar strings. Both have small polythene packets with label printed on shiny paper and slipped in the front of the packet. The strings themselves are inside individually wrapped in greaseproof paper.  \nOne pack of  D’Addario nickel wound guitar strings in a cardboard packet with the logo and text printed on the outside. Strings inside are wrapped in individual plastic packages.\r\nOne pack of Superwound guitar strings, and one pack of  Steinberger guitar strings. Both of these come in small polythene packets. Each string is individually wrapped in greaseproof paper, and the name and branding is printed straight onto the paper. \r\n\n<b>Parts 8- 10: Printed sheets</b>\r\nTwo printed sheet of instructions and one printed fax. All sheets are printed in black ink on matt, cream paper with an embossed strip across the bottom section.  \r\n\n<b>Part 11: Whammy Bar</b>\nA black coated metal whammy bar. \n\n<b>Part 12: Screwdriver</b>\nA small, slim screwdriver in silver metal and black plastic.  \n\n<b>Part 13: Bag of guitar picks</b>\r\nA sealed bag of nine guitar picks. They are are cream, black, blue, purple and green plastic. These guitars were produced in Korea between the years 1985 and 1988, and became famous for their very small bodies and innovative 'headless' design. \r\n\r\nDavid Bowie had several 'headless' Steinberger Hohner guitars across his career, including a custom made silver/chrome-coloured guitar that he used on the <i>Tin Machine Tour </i>from 1991-92.\n\nThe original David Bowie Archive database notes that this red guitar was 'sent to [David Bowie] 9/19/2000'. It is then seen being used in the music video for the song 'Valentines Day' released in 2013.
