Wedgwood creamware, and coloured bodies are still known as Queen's ware, and the name has come to be used, erroneously, as a generic term for creamware of other factories.","physicalDescription":"Blancmange mould, Queen's ware with embossed decoration; rectangular shape, glazed, interior with plain cream-colour decoration, exterior with embossed decoration of a thistle; border of mould with three embossed layers of vertical grooves and beaded band; '521' marked on front.","artistMakerPerson":[],"artistMakerOrganisations":[{"name":{"text":"Josiah Wedgwood and Sons","id":"A1450"},"association":{"text":"manufacturers","id":"AAT25230"},"note":""}],"artistMakerPeople":[],"materials":[{"text":"earthenware","id":"x29356"}],"techniques":[{"text":"embossing","id":"AAT53826"},{"text":"glazing","id":"AAT53914"}],"materialsAndTechniques":"Queen's ware with embossed decoration","categories":[{"text":"V&A Wedgwood Collection","id":"THES276060"},{"text":"ceramics","id":"THES48982"}],"styles":[],"collectionCode":{"text":"WED","id":"THES270009"},"images":["2024PA4050"],"imageResolution":"high","galleryLocations":[{"current":{"text":"WDG2","id":"THES292798"},"free":"","case":"CA35","shelf":"","box":""}],"partTypes":[[{"text":"moulds","id":"AAT24814"}]],"contentWarnings":[{"apprise":"","note":""}],"placesOfOrigin":[{"place":{"text":"Etruria","id":"x33200"},"association":{"text":"","id":""},"note":""}],"productionDates":[{"date":{"text":"1810 - 1830","earliest":"1810-01-01","latest":"1830-12-31"},"association":{"text":"made","id":"x28654"},"note":""}],"associatedObjects":[],"creditLine":"V&A Wedgwood Collection.
