Born in the industrial town of Murmansk in Northwest Russia, she originally intended to pursue a career in architecture but became drawn to the physical, hands-on experience of jewellery making. She subsequently studied Silversmithing and Jewellery at the Glasgow School of Art, graduating in 2016.\n\r\nEve is inspired by geometry, natural motifs and the repetition of shape and form. Her designs feature geometrically precise shapes manufacturing in digitally printed nylon combined with silversmithing. Her design process begins with hand-sketching and digital 3D modelling on a computer, illustrated by this digital file for the <i>Fibre</i> brooch design. This meticulous digital modelling process is critical to the way the piece will express its physical characteristics, such as movement and flexibility.
