This money box was one of a series made for the Strato bank and were probably given as gifts to encourage children to save.  Very much like the well known NatWest Bank Piggy bank series that was very popular with children in 1980s Britain.","physicalDescription":"The gold rocket sits in a vertical position on top of half a planet that is marked with a lunar surface, under this is a plain plinth (where the money collects).  The rocket has a mechanism on the side that is pulled back, a penny is placed in front of it and when it releases it fires it into the money slot.
