Landlords however often pressure tenants to move on in order to take advantage of increasing property values and as many renters don’t know their rights, many are unfairly forced out. The pamphlet aims to inform tenants about the rent stabilisation law and their rights so they can organise communities to be able to stay in their homes.\r\nCreated and designed by IntraCollaborative and CAAAV Organising Asian Communities","physicalDescription":"Views of a cityscape with highlighted apartment blocks form the focus of the front of the folded pamphlet.
