The pamphlet looks to see who is actually drawing the lines and what a fair and just redistricting process should resemble. Sharing this knowledge through this poster makes the process more transparent and therefore more accountable. \r\n\r\nDesigned by We Have Photoshop.","physicalDescription":"Predominately black and white with bold colours emphasising points and district lines. Small easily understood coloured diagrams to illustrate the impact of redistricting if done poorly in addition to supporting the points made within the accompanying body of text.","artistMakerPerson":[],"artistMakerOrganisations":[{"name":{"text":"Center for Urban Pedagogy","id":"AUTH339167"},"association":{"text":"patrons","id":"AAT115251"},"note":""},{"name":{"text":"Brennan Center for Justice","id":"AUTH377450"},"association":{"text":"maker","id":"x40240"},"note":"Provided the information (content) for the poster."},{"name":{"text":"We Have Photoshop","id":"AUTH377451"},"association":{"text":"designers","id":"AAT25190"},"note":""},{"name":{"text":"Center for Urban Pedagogy","id":"AUTH339167"},"association":{"text":"commissioner (patron)","id":"THES258415"},"note":""},{"name":{"text":"Fortune Society","id":"AUTH377428"},"association":{"text":"maker","id":"x40240"},"note":"Provided information (content) for the poster."}],"artistMakerPeople":[],"materials":[],"techniques":[],"materialsAndTechniques":"","categories":[{"text":"Posters","id":"THES252963"}],"styles":[],"collectionCode":{"text":"DAD","id":"THES260586"},"images":["2022ND6730","2022ND6732"],"imageResolution":"high","galleryLocations":[{"current":{"text":"LVLD","id":"THES49658"},"free":"","case":"DR","shelf":"118","box":""}],"partTypes":[[{"text":"Poster","id":"AAT27221"}]],"contentWarnings":[{"apprise":"","note":""}],"placesOfOrigin":[{"place":{"text":"New York (City)","id":"x29030"},"association":{"text":"","id":""},"note":""}],"productionDates":[{"date":{"text":"2011","earliest":"2011-01-01","latest":"2011-12-31"},"association":{"text":"","id":""},"note":""},{"date":{"text":"2011","earliest":"2011-01-01","latest":"2011-12-31"},"association":{"text":"designed","id":"x29338"},"note":""}],"associatedObjects":[],"creditLine":"Purchased","dimensions":[{"dimension":"Width","value":"20.3","unit":"cm","qualifier":"","date":{"text":"","earliest":null,"latest":null},"part":"","note":""},{"dimension":"Height","value":"29.9","unit":"cm","qualifier":"","date":{"text":"","earliest":null,"latest":null},"part":"","note":""},{"dimension":"Width","value":"56","unit":"cm","qualifier":"","date":{"text":"","earliest":null,"latest":null},"part":"","note":""},{"dimension":"Height","value":"81","unit":"cm","qualifier":"","date":{"text":"","earliest":null,"latest":null},"part":"","note":""}],"dimensionsNote":"","marksAndInscriptions":[],"objectHistory":"","historicalContext":"","briefDescription":"This poster goes through the impact of redistricting (otherwise known as gerrymandering) an act where politicians choose who their voters are rather than the other way round.
