A cetral horizontal band with the inscription:  'EPO.ELESCO F', below this on the front a coat of arms within a wreath.\r\nPainted with a shield of arms (a green mount on an orange background) within a wreath enclosing also formal foliage, a scroll in the middle with the inscription \"ElIo ELESCO\" (Episcopi, electuarium, the Bishop's electuary) incorporating cornucopias and unicorns in blue on an orange background.
