Small vertical upside down tulip heads link the zigzags to form a lattice.  Within each compartment is a single flower.\r\nAlong the top of the piece is a band of 16 small cartouches each enclosing the inscription 'Sadek' which is the name of the manufacturer and the date 121, probably an abbreviation for 1201AH [1787AD].\r\nThere is a pieced border along one side. It has a blue ground but the design is incomplete.  There are pairs of serrated leaves in metal thread which seem to form an ogival lattice, only part of which is seen.
