Together with designers Silo Studio, they developed the design for a leg that could be used in a multitude of ways – as chair and stool legs, as supports for backrests and as shelf brackets. 50 pieces of furniture were made for the square using the Wealdstone Leg. The legs were also available to purchase through the Wealdstone Youth Workshop’s website, www.w-y-w.co.uk for £10 per leg, with the proceeds being re-invested in the project.","physicalDescription":"A chair composed of 6 Wealdstone Legs (in different colours), a plywood seat and backrest.
