Nahar (or Nahad) Singh acquired the ilaka (territory) of Anandpur and Makhowal worth 3 lakhs a year, Karam Singh was a Sidhu Jat of a village of Lahore; he commanded nearly 300 horses, and took possession of a number of villages in the parghanas of Shahzadpur and Kesari in Ambala district.
