Three bands of knots; warp threads from each pair of knots are twisted and then knotted at the bottom to form a fringe 18 cm. long (maximum).  Upper: as lower.\r\n\r\nDESIGN: Field: white ground with 3 rows of 6 'memling' like guls, each containing horned diamonds.  2 vertical, hooked lines of small coloured blocks rise between the rows of guls and expand into 5 diamonds, 2 with concentric filling and 3 with a chequerboard pattern.  As the upper and lower edge is a band of small diamonds more of which are scattered across the field.\r\n\r\nMain border: yellow ground with rectangles containing a diamond, brocketted.
