The tankard has vertical sides curving out slightly to the base. The lip and base are furnished with a single line of reeding. Plain loop handle. Flat base. The decoration consists of groups of parallel curves superimposed to produce designs resembling the figure \"3\". The pattern unit being four times repeated in the circuit of the tankard.
