Other drawings from the trip were sold at Sotheby's 29.11.73 and 21.3.74. The view shows the Wadi Ligah with a monastery (the Deir al-Arbayn).  This is to the west of the Wadi al-Deir in which is situated the Monastery of Saint Catherine.  Prominent are Gabal Safsaf (Mount Horeb), Gabal Musa (Mount Sinai) and Gabal al-Rabbah.
