His graduate collection won the Harrods Design Award in 2006. After graduating, Kane was  hired by Versace to work on the label's Atelier couture collection and offer advice on shoes and accessories.  In the same year, he  went on to establish his eponymous label in partnership with his sister, Tammy Kane.  Known for his use of innovative techniques and  bold colours, Kane has won a series of accolades including Womenswear Designer of the Year at the British Fashion awards in  2013. \t\n\nKane’s Autumn/Winter 2015/6 collection was inspired by life drawing classes undertaken by his creative team in his east London  studio.  The designer has spoken in the past about his passion for life drawing, something he first took up while at school. This  design was included in the Vogue review of the show described thus: ‘The last looks were made of Swiss lace—not pieces but whole  panels—depicting a tangle of anatomically correct nudes.
