Fuji: Photographed and Filmed by Masanao Abe\r\n2016\r\nMasanao Abe was a Japanese physicist who observed and recorded changing cloud formations surrounding Mount Fuji between 1926 and 1941. He collected a substantial archive of photography and film, which remained undiscovered until the German artist Helmut Völter encountered it during his own research into cloud studies.
