The V-necked jacket has a three quarters length sleeves and front fasted with three long bows in pea green. It has short side slits. A square yoke is decorated with well-spaced single tassels. In white and pale blue with a blue  spot pattern. The yoke, bottom edge and cuff edges have a geometric border pattern magenta, pink blue grey white, and pea green. Edges are bound in pea green wool.\n\nThe skirt is shirred with elastic at the waist, has long side slits and three bows at the front which match the ties of the jacket. All edges are over lock stitched by machine. They found a sympathetic manufacturer who normally knitted large orders for the British forces.
