The British and American publishers shared ideas for off-shoots. A 1931 mini theatre from a set featuring traditional fairy tales shows how quickly Winnie-the-Pooh became a classic. Pop-up books followed from America, as well as books featuring recipes for ‘Smackerels’ and supplies for ‘Expotitions’.
