The painted backdrop shows an abstract square building with black windows and steps in front of it. \r\n\r\nOn the right is a crowd of mostly female characters wearing hooded cloaks and long dresses being held back by a group of soldiers wearing plater armour adount their torso, with skirts and high boots, their metal helmets have long pointed spikes on the top and they are all holding long spears. There is another male character behind them, on the far right of the image wearing a similar skirt with sandles and a bare torso holding a metal torch with his right hand. \r\n\r\nOn the left side are four other characters. On the furthest left is another character holding a torch, wearing a long dark tassled cloal and standing in profile. Next to him is a male character wearing lightly coloured plated armour with a lightly coloured shirt and strapped boots. He is also wearing a lightly coloured metal helmet that includes a bending point curling forwards from the back of the helmet, resembling a snake.
