I see them with jeans for Saturday shopping or a pop concert - but they'd go anywhere anytime, wouldn't they?\n\"They're just a very small part of the general feeling of natural things as opposed to synthetic.\n \"Pure cotton, washed with pure soap and a lovely smell of fresh ironing.\"\n Sounds like a but of a chore, but with their ruffled frills, full sleeves, pin tacks, and tiny buttoned fastenings - all worked by ladies who once made nighties when ladies wore nighties - they do have a rather special quality.\n From left to right: £6.50; £6.50; £6.50; £7.75; £7.75 in sizes 10-14.
