Harold Budd (born 1936) is an avant-garde Californian American composer who incorporates music from a variety of genres, such a Jazz and Electronic music into his work. In 'The Moon and the Melodies'  he worked with the younger, Scottish group, The Cocteau Twins, (about 1982-1997) whose genre was Dream Pop.","physicalDescription":"Inner-sleeve for the 12\" long-playing record 'The Moon and the Melodies' recorded by Harold Buddd et al.
