The soloists were Isabel Bowers, Albert Chapman, Una Bruckshaw and Frank Pemberton, accompanied by Alyce Kent who played a grand piano lent by the Music Warehouse in Stratford. The music included Beethoven's <i>Egmont</i> overture,<i> O Divine Redeemer</i> to music by Gunoud, a selection from Gunoud's<i> Faust</i>, Edward German's dances from <i>Henry VII</i>I, Sullivan's <i>Thou Art Passing Hence</i>, <i>The Sailor's Grave</i> and <i>The Lost Chord</i>, a selection from Wagner's<i> Lohengrin</i>, the<i> Chorus of Dervishes</i> by Sebek and songs by Schumann, Stainer, Teresa del Riego, Oscar Alon and Frank Idel.
