Poetry circles sprang up for competition and recreation and often commissioned illustrated anthologies and single-sheet prints of their finest work.\r\n\r\nEach page in the book features two poems about two different insects, along with illustrations of both insects and plants. The two poems on this page are about a mole cricket and an earwig.
