The cover, designed by John Wyatt, is mostly grey and black, with a geometric design in shades of blue and white to represent the wooden blocks of the Colour-Factor set. \n\nThe text throughout is large and written in a direct mode of address to the pupil. Unlike Part One, diagrams in this book are not printed in colour, though they can be used as outline templates.
