It depicts the fourth image from the First Series of The Changing Picture of Docklands photomurals displayed as 18ft x 12ft (5.49m x 3.66m) photo-murals on eight billboard sites in and around the London Docklands. \r\nImages for the photomurals were developed through research and discussion with community representatives who served on the co-operative’s committee.
