Although no specific reference to either the play or actor depicted could be found, there is a reference below the print to the 'Acad. roy. de musique' or the Académie Royale de Musique as the home of the Paris Opera company was called between circa 1830 and 1848, suggesting it is connected with an opera. \r\n\r\nThe print is part of the Harry Beard Collection.","physicalDescription":"A full length coloured lithograph of an actor dressed as a jester in parti-coloured hose of white, pink and green.
