Dingwall, DSO through The Art Fund\r\nIn the various Inventories of Models and Moulds at the Doccia factory, figures called “peasant boy” or “peasant girl” are mentioned numerous times but the absence of further details makes it impossible to identify with certainty this figure. The figure is one of the many representations of country folk, most of which were copied from similar ones manufactured at Sèvres (BIANCALANA 2011, p. 109-113).
