These finish in knee length, heeled, boots of a matching green, with gold cross lacing at the top and white trim. He also wears a gold helmet trimmed with green and blue feathers. Harry Beard Collection.\r\n\r\nOnly 1000 copies of the original, limited edition, book were published by Benn Brothers. \r\n\r\nThe Diaghilev production of this ballet was stage at the Alhambra Theatre in 1921.
