Non-commissioned Officers and Soldier of the former Chechoslowakian \"Wehrmacht\", that have will be discharged or have been discharged since Autumn 1938.\r\n2. Persons with no prior service born between 1914 and 1920.\r\nEnlistment offices are being opened in the Local Commando Groups Tischnowitz, Moravian Budwitz, Bruenn, Hungarian Hradisch, Goeding, Prossnitz, Olmuetz, Kremsier, Moravian Ostran, Friedek.\r\nVolunteers that have been accepted by the enlistment offices will be employed in Summer or Autumn of 1939. They will not have to enlist for the \"Reichsarbeitsdienst\".\r\nVolunteers that have received a notice from the enlistment office that they have been accepted, cannot apply for employment in the armed parts of the \"Waffen-SS\", the police or the \"Reichsarbeitsdienst\".\r\nGermans that want to pursue a career as an officer should not apply at the enlistment offices, but directly at the troups, where they will receive more information.\r\nAll applications must be done as soon as possible, to ensure enlistment by summer or autumn 1939.\r\n\r\nGermans enlist!\r\n\r\n(signed by) R.M.
