They were made in 1991 for display in the Ornament Gallery of the Museum.\n\nThis type of capital with its straight moulding between the volutes, appeared towards the end of the Greek development and was taken up by the Romans and Renaissance architects. This entablature has dentils, which originated in Asia Minor, and a frieze.
