The pram is strap-hung from C-springs and has two pairs of ball-bearing wheels, and a foot-operated bar-brake. The upholstery inside the pram is cream, and the central panel of the bed can be lifted out. The hood and apron are of black leathercloth lined with cream, and the hood is edged with braid in a key pattern. Two of the original three cushions survive, and the pram also contains a mattress and an additional apron. The pram has a foot extension of black leathercloth which folds flush with the body of the pram, and is held by metal clips.
