Starting now, blackouts will be employed from sunset to sunrise.\r\n2. All buildings must be darkened in such a way that no light can be seen from the outside.\r\n3. All outside lighting must be covered in such a way that, viewing from 500m above, vertically and diagonally, no light can be seen.\r\nAll superfluous lighting must be turned off.\r\nLighted advertising and shop window lighting must be turned off.\r\n4. In all transport vehicles (automobiles, railways, street cars, ships, etc.) inner lighting must be concealed totally.\r\nVehicle headlights should be covered in such a way that light can only emit from a 5-8 cm long and 1.5 cm high cutout.\r\nOn country roads, vehicles shoudl drive with covered headlights and long-distance lights.\r\nWith oncoming traffic or in towns, headlights should be used only for close distance lighting. Tail and braking lights are to be covered.\r\nBlinkers are to be used as usual.\r\nParking vehicles should be marked by covered lighting in front and back.\r\n5. Turning off of public electricity and gas supplies, with reference to blackouts, is forbidden.\r\n6.
